SLOW FOOD UK LIMITED was formally constituted as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee in August 2005. It is the Slow Food national association in the UK, an integral part of the international Slow Food movement. All paid-up Slow Food members resident in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are also automatically members of Slow Food UK at no extra charge. Slow Food also has set up a London hub to handle partnerships, relationships with sustainers, media and press.
