Booths is a regional retailer serving the counties of Lancashire, Cheshire, Cumbria and Yorkshire. Booths works hard to engage with the communities within which it trades and to develop own label product ranges in partnerships with local suppliers and producers. Booths is an inclusive retailer which is both competitive and innovative and working together we believe that we can bring the excitement of good food to many more people.

The Balvenie Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the first UK supporter of Slow Food UK. It is unlike all other single malt Scotch whiskies thanks to a unique combination of human craft and natural alchemy. Based in Speyside, Banffshire, it is the only distillery to still grow its own barley, malt in its own traditional floor maltings and employ a team of coopers to tend all the casks and a coppersmith to maintain the stills.

Grana Padano is part of Italy's proud gastronomic tradition and culture since the dark ages. This cheese is protected and promoted by "The Grana Padano Consortium - Consorzio per la Tutela del Formaggio Grana Padano" which ensures that every wheel of cheese is made to traditional, exacting standards so that it can be awarded its P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) status.
Based in Desenzano del Garda, in the heart of the Grana Padano production area situated in the North of Italy, and dating back to 1954, the Grana Padano Consortium brings together producers, curers and retailers and ensures that traditional production standars are mantained and the quality of Grana Padano guaranteed.
Grana Padano is also a supporter of Slow Food International.
